Product Design Gala

The gala is an exhibition of new innovation prototypes. Product Development Project is a problem-based product development course at Aalto University, in which the multidisciplinary student teams work with real-life challenges, provided by industry partners. The teams, of approximately 10 students, design, manufacture, test, and introduce a full-scale functional prototype. The teams consist of students from technology, design and business. In addition, a remarkable number of international remote team members from universities in Australia, Brazil, Germany, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, and USA, are part of the course.
