Global Impact: Sustainable Global Technologies Studio

Challenging tasks to be solved with communities around the world.

Multidisciplinary student teams have been working through the spring term of 2017 in international development projects as part of Sustainable Global Technologies Studio course. Teams travelled to Mexico, Tanzania and Greece. The projects focused on water and sanitation-related issues, refugee crisis, sustainable tourism and local economic development. Students' experiences, learning outcomes and project results are presented and discussed. The students are from different Aalto University Schools. The event language is English.
